By accessing or using the AI SEO Service website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

AI SEO Service provides AI-powered search engine optimization (SEO) services, including keyword research, on-page and technical SEO, content creation, link building, local SEO, and AI search optimization (GEO). Specific deliverables are defined in your service agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Fees are billed monthly in advance.
• Services are month-to-month with no long-term contract.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Late payments may result in service suspension.

To enable effective service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information and timely access to required accounts.
• Respond to requests for approval within a reasonable timeframe.
• Not engage in activities that harm your site's standing or our reputation.

All content, tools, and methodologies we create remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, deliverables created specifically for you transfer to your ownership, excluding our proprietary tools and processes.

SEO results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, competition, and market conditions. While we strive for excellent results, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue. See our Disclaimer for details.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI SEO Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees incurred up to the termination date. We will provide a reasonable handover of active work.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
